Hey guys, how ya doing today? It's Abby here and I am so excited you stopped by cause I have a special treat for you! (and for ME!)

Unfortunately we just passed my birthday not too long ago, so we didn't get a chance to celebrate, so I figured since this site is new to me, we could celebrate the beginning of my site...together!

Now this cake was specially hand baked by me...so I am not too sure how it is going to turn out! *wink*

Actually, I am a good cook. I LOVE to make sweets like cookies and cakes, but I'd have to say my speciality is making breakfast omelettes. And there is nothing better than waking up to a great breakfast if I do say so myself.

But anyway, on with the cake.  I have always been a big fan of coconut, well...nuts in general (*wink*) so I hope you guys like it too!

I am trying to decide if I should bother with a plate, or just eat it like this. 

The proper thing to be would be clean, but you know what...I think it is GOOD for a girl to get down and dirty sometimes.
